1. About the Site

1. The Site displays Japanese national holidays and Korean public holidays for a whole year on one screen, together with long weekends, monthly business-day counts, a day and business-day calculator, date addition and subtraction, a countdown, an age calculator and a reference currency converter, all free of charge.
2. No registration and no personal information are required to use the Site.
3. All calculation features run in your browser. Dates, birth dates and amounts you enter are never sent to the operator's server.

2. Nature of the information

1. Japanese holidays for years published by the Cabinet Office are the published values; for later years they are calculated from the Act on National Holidays and may change with future amendments or official notices.
2. Korean public holidays are calculated from the lunar calendar conversion of the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) and the Regulations on Public Holidays of Government Offices. Temporary and substitute holidays are added after official announcements, so there may be a delay.
3. Exchange rates are reference values based on the European Central Bank (ECB) reference rates and differ from actual transaction rates. For buying, selling or remittance decisions, check the rates quoted by your financial institution.
4. Ages, day counts and other results are for reference. For contracts, applications, deadlines or other important decisions, always confirm with official sources or your counterpart.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Placing excessive load on the Site's server or network, or bulk access with automated tools
• Altering or interfering with the display or functions of the Site
• Copying, redistributing or reposting the Site's design, logo, text or program without permission (beyond the scope of quotation)
• Manipulating ad impressions or clicks
• Any act that violates laws or public order, or that the operator deems inappropriate

4. Advertising

1. The Site displays advertisements through Google AdSense, provided by Google LLC.
2. Advertisement content is determined by the ad provider; the operator does not endorse or guarantee any advertiser's products or services. Inquiries or transactions about an advertisement should be made with the advertiser.

5. Intellectual property

1. Rights to the Site's design, logo, text, program and other works belong to the operator or the rightful owners.
2. The typeface "LINE Seed" used on the Site is the work of LY Corporation. Under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 we use a modified subset containing only the characters used on the Site; the rights to the typeface remain with LY Corporation.
3. Holiday dates themselves are public facts and are not restricted by this section.

6. Changes, suspension and termination

1. The operator may change the Site's content, or suspend or terminate the Site, without prior notice for reasons such as maintenance, failures or changes in law.
2. The operator is not liable for any disadvantage or damage arising from the preceding paragraph.

7. Disclaimer

1. The operator does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of the information and results on the Site.
2. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
3. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; the operator is not responsible for their content.

8. Changes to the Terms

1. The operator may change the Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
2. When the Terms are changed, the effective or revision date on this page is updated.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
